REFUNDS
Scrubs IQ offers full refunds in cases where there has been an error on our behalf. For change or mind or incorrect size selection, we do charge a handling fee. This contributes towards the return shipping cost. Options for store credit or to exchange are presented and allow customers to avoid incurring a handling fee.
AMENDING ORDERS PRIOR TO DISPATCH
If you make an error in placing your order and wish to have your order amended prior to dispatch, please be advised of the following conditions. Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to your order, if you wish to order additional items, you must place a new order. If you wish to cancel your order, or cancel an item on your order, this may be possible depending on the processing status of your order. Please be aware that our turnaround times are brief and we may not be able to cancel and refund your order prior to dispatch or customisation with embroidery. If you do wish to cancel your order, or an item on your order, please contact us immediately to give us the best chance of being able to assist with your request.
CUSTOMISED GOODS
Due to the customised nature of embroidered goods, we cannot accept returns on these items, unless we have made an error on our end. Please note: occasionally when customer's order lengthy embroidered text in the bold font option, it can look crowded. This is not considered an error on our behalf and the item will not be eligible for return for refund or exchange.
EXCHANGES
We offer easy exchanges for items of the same product variation and value. Our returns system will show you eligible items for exchange to make a selection from. We offer free shipping on all exchanges.
GIFT CARDS
We give our customers the option to opt for a gift card equivalent to the full value of the item they are returning, this option will not incur a handling fee. The gift card will be emailed to you and does not have an expiry date. Please save your gift card details in a safe place. In the event you misplace your gift card details, please contact our customer service staff and they can re-issue the gift card to you.
RETURNS TIMEFRAME
Customers' have 30 days from date the order is dispatched from Scrubs IQ to submit a return request. When your return request has been approved, you will be notified via email. Once a return request has been accepted, any items that require return shipping to Scrubs IQ must be dispatched within 28 days.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING
Free return shipping labels are provided by Scrubs IQ in cases deemed eligible.
WARRANTY DETAILS
Warranty periods as stated on our website are based on the manufacturers’ warranty periods and terms and conditions.
