YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account details or any other security breech relating to your password. You can report this by emailing us at sales@scrubsiq.com.au
ERRORS OF INFORMATION ON SITE LISTINGS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price through an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a typographical error, Scrubs IQ shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Scrubs IQ shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the charges incurred.
AMENDING ORDERS PRIOR TO DISPATCH
If you make an error in placing your order and wish to have your order amended prior to dispatch, please be advised of the following conditions. Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to your order, if you wish to order additional items, you must place a new order. If you wish to cancel your order, or cancel an item on your order, this may be possible depending on the processing status of your order. Please be aware that our turnaround times are brief and we may not be able to cancel and refund your order prior to dispatch or customisation (embroidery). If you do wish to cancel your order, or an item on your order, please contact us immediately to give us the best chance of being able to assist with your request.
EMBROIDERY OF PRODUCTS
Any item that has been embroidered cannot be returned for a refund or replacement, unless it has been deemed faulty by Scrubs IQ staff or the manufacturer. Embroidery may also delay the dispatch of your item.
Please note that Scrubs IQ cannot be held responsible for any embroidery request incorrectly typed in by customers during the checkout process. Customers should ensure that they are 100% satisfied with the text they have entered before completing the checkout process and payment. If customers are in any doubt about the embroidery they require, or the way in which it will be positioned or appear, they are advised to contact Scrubs IQ BEFORE completing the order.
Please note that due to the automated and efficient nature of the ordering process, it is not always possible to change the embroidered text request after an online order has been submitted and confirmed.
Should you encounter any technical difficulty in uploading your logo or entering your embroidery request, please promptly contact our customer service team.
SHIPPING ORDERS
Standard web order processing time is 1-3 business days from the date the order was originally placed. Embroidery requests may extend this processing time.
Please note: During busy festive periods and public holidays applicable to the state of Victoria in Australia, there may be delays with order processing, dispatch and delivery.
Delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan Australian addresses. Delivery to rural and regional areas may take longer.
STORAGE AND USE OF INFORMATION
Scrubs IQ keeps transaction data to comply with Australia’s TGA regulations. Credit card information is not stored or visible to Scrubs IQ staff in compliance with PCI regulations. Personal information such as email address, phone numbers etc. will not be sold to third parties. Scrubs IQ may use obtained information for marketing activities, but will always comply with the SPAM act, providing clear opt out options in all communications. Scrubs IQ has established these terms and conditions to protect our customers.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Scrubs IQ accepts the following payment methods for online orders: Paypal and credit card.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once accepted. Please allow a few business days for funds to be returned to your account before contacting Scrubs IQ to follow up.
DISPATCH NOTIFICATIONS
Please note we will email you the Order Confirmation within 24 hours. Upon dispatch of the goods, you will receive an email notification within the following 24 hours with your tracking number.
